The highly selective and individualized PhD program in Urban and Regional Planning and Design prioritizes full-time students in admissions. The Urban Studies and Planning Program at the University of Maryland provides the Master of Community Planning, a leading graduate program accredited by the Planning Accreditation Board that prepares students to tackle a variety of issues and topics affecting communities and urban environments.
